Joe Flacco considers himself elite, what do you think?

Joe Flacco has stated in the past that he considers himself an elite quarterback in the NFL.  By stating this, it puts him in the company of Brady, the Manning brothers,  and Drew Brees for example.  His play and decision making are questionable at times and media opinion teeter totters on his ability.  Do you consider him elite or does he have more to prove to you?
